5 starsI loved it! Great writing, as always. Amazing characters! Loved their chemistry.I've been dying to read this book since I've read the excerpt at the end of On Point. Annabeth Albert's writing style became one of my favorites and Out of Uniform series is amazing. If you haven't read it, you should give it a try. Hot SEAL men, danger and a lot of angst. What could we want more?I was pretty excited to read Dustin's story. All the other books ...

We met Dustin in At Attention as Dylan's older brother, and Apollo's best friend. When I saw that he was going to get his own story I was over the moon! Wheels Up did not disappoint!Turns out that Dustin is bisexual but he hasn't explored this side of himself yet. But for the last few month he has been talking online with someone, through a military themed app. What I loved :-The online relationship. I'm a firm believer that online friendships/r...

*Whew* This went from 0 to 60 within a chapter or two. There was chemistry, heat and a delicious helping of kink. I was rubbing my hands giddily together while channeling my inner Matthew McConaughey.Dustin and Wes are both SEALs stationed on different U.S. Coasts. They meet on a military inspired online chat app and develop a friendship that includes cyber sex benefits. Both men get to know each other but leave out the specific details of their ...

Why can't I write a proper review for this book?Short and sweet, folks. This will be short and sweet.Dustin and Wes cybertalk on Joe4Joe, a military app, for six months prior to the start of the book. The cybertalking leaps to meeting in person at the beginning of the book, and these two already have a good connection. Thank you, Ms. Albert, for the early-on, scorching hot scene! But then Wes is transferred to Dustin's team, in which Dustin is his...

This book needs to come with a heat warning. And an ice pack, probably a fan and definitely should be enjoyed somewhere the reader can artfully swoon because it is - without any shadow of doubt - the sexiest and downright kinkiest of the series.Ben and Maddox remain my favourite pair but Dustin and Wes are approaching the top quickly in their bid to win my affections as best Out of Uniform couple yet. This book had everything, kinky scenes which b...

An ARC was provided by the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Ok, yes I gave this 2 stars. I know, I know, I know. I am a HUGE Annabeth Albert fan, and it kills me to say I didn't like this one. It just didn't work for me on so many levels.Dustin and Wes "meet" in an online chat group Joe4Joe. Neither of them admit to being Seals, and allow the other to deliberately mistake their occupation in the military for something it ...

3.5 stars. To be honest this was not my favorite in the series. I did enjoy it and I loved the whole plot. But unfortunately I couldn't to the characters like I wanted to. And that kind of ruined the whole story. I also would have liked to see them more as a couple. More than half of the story, they were hidden. And I get that. The military isn't the most accepting job. Hence the rating. An arc was provided in exchange for an honest review.

ARC provided by the publisher through Net Galley in exchange for an impartial review. Annabeth Albert rocks! I love this series, and this latest installment is no exception to the consistent quality of these books. Two hot alpha men in one story. What’s not to like? Well…maybe a bit too much angst and overthinking, but it added drama so I guess it was needed. Lt. Dustin Strauss is deep in the closet—even from his younger brother, Dylan, who...

Copy from netgalleyI will admit that I went into this story with a lot of excitement. I love this series and I was waiting impatiently for the next instalment. God, I wasn't disappointed!! I love this kind of story...you know when two men are so attracted to each other that they are willing to break the rules to be together. Its my thing, but it does need to be written properly. Annabeth Albert does it well! The heat, the tension, the heart ache....

This is a kicker to write. I wanted to like this a lot more than I did. I liked the characters and their interactions okay, but somehow... it didn't click. The core issue is understandable, although I would've liked to have it explained a bit better in military terms at some point. Because I don't think all readers know how strict the code of conduct is when it comes to fraternization and relationships with subordinates. In any case, it was every...

What a deliciously, delightfully dirty book!!! I was dying to read Dustin's story and while it didn't disappoint, I have to admit it wasn't what I was expecting either. Dustin is Dylan's brother, a closeted bisexual who is not ready for the world to know the truth about him. While coming to terms with his bisexuality, Dustin has been spending his free time having virtual sex with Wes, an East Coast man who's far enough from Dustin that he doesn't...

Wheels Up is the fourth instalment in the Off Base series by Annabeth Albert, following the lives and relationships of Navy SEALs. This particular story follows Lieutenant Dustin Strauss (old brother of Dylan, who was a main character in the previous book), a newly minted-XO with a few secrets: he’s kept his bisexual identity a secret for years, as well as his recent online relationship with a man he knows only as ‘Wes.'Wes turns out to be Pe...

I am a huge, huge fan of Annabeth Albert's Out of Uniform series, so I was very excited to obtain an ARC of Wheels Up in return for a fair and honest review.Dylan and Apollo from At Attention are one of my favorite couples from any author, so I really enjoyed learning more about Dylan's big brother Dustin. I'm a huge fan of Annabeth Albert's "Out of Uniform" series, so I absolutely had to read this. And it is my favourite of the four novels there are as of yet - this was just perfect. Readers of the series already know Dustin, Dylan's older brother and Apollo's best friend. While none of the people in his life know it, Dustin is bisexual and has been chatting regularly with a guy online. When he has to travel to D.C., he and the guy - Wes - meet up...

Wheels Up follows Justin and Wes as they try and fail to stay apart after online fun turned into real life romance. Though the weekend wasn't expected to be repeated Wes very suddenly reappears in Dustin life after a transfer, however as Dustin ranks higher than Wes rules and regulations means that friendship is off the cards let alone a romantic relationship. This was a hell of a lot sweeter than I was expecting, I absolutely loved the burgeon...

Annabeth Albert is a wonderful author, and every new book is better than the last. This is the fourth in a series about Navy SEALs, Dustin and Wes first make a connection online, and have a one-time-only in-person encounter. Then Wes gets transferred to the team where Dustin in the XO. Wes is enlisted, so even a friendship is risky for their careers. It's directly against regs and could lead to court martial for both of them. They hold each other...

What do you get when you throw a Lieutenant and a Petty Officer together...apparently a whole lot of tension that's not exactly safe for work. Lieutenant Dustin Strauss is a bisexual SEAL team Executive Officer with a few secrets. Wes Lowe is a Petty Officer with his own secrets. One heated weekend brings these two together in ways they...we...could only dream up. Drama, war, tension, sexiness, all of it come together to make Wheels Up...one hell...

This book, I have been waiting on this book since we were first introduced to Dustin in Apollo and Dylan's book. Ms. Albert made the wait totally worth it! This book was a roller coaster of emotions and feelings. One minute I would be laughing out loud and the next crying for the injustice these two suffered through. I felt like I was right there in the book with them, which in my opinion is what you want all your books to make you feel like.I re...

The forth book in the Out of Uniform series brings us Dustin (who we met in At Attention) and Wes. From an online sexy relationship to reality these two Seals steam up the pages. I enjoyed this story and will recommend it and the series to readers.
