From This Moment by Melanie Harlow

From This Moment

It was like seeing a ghost. When my late husband’s twin brother moves back to our small town, I want to avoid him. Everything about Wes reminds me of the man I lost and the life we’d planned together, and after eighteen long months struggling just to get out of bed, I’m finally doing okay. I have a new job, an amazing support group, and a beautiful five-year-old daughter to parent. I don’t want to go backward. But I’m drawn to him, too. ...

This book was so emotional and sweet. Melanie will always be a go to author for me. Her books are incredible. Her stories pull you in and make you feel like your right there with the characters. I hope everyone loves Wes and Hannah's story as much as I did.

5 I’m in Love starsI’ve read Melanie Harlow’s lighter books, but this is the first dramatic book I’ve read from her. From this Moment was a non-stop, A-plus, swoony read. I devoured this book like it was my last meal. I loved Hannah, she’s such a strong fierce mom, Abby is completely adorable and Wes stole my heart!I wanted to read from this Moment because of the premise. I’m a sucker for a single parent book! Hannah is a widow and a ...

I ate Wes up in one sitting ..though I will tell you it made me cringe a tiny bit through my tears because I'm a wife of an identical twin. It is fiction right ..LOL! This book had all the feels from both Wes who always had feelings for his brother's wife though he told NO one. To Hannah who of course knew Wes but he was halfway across the world in Africa working. So when Drew dies unexpectedly and leaves Hannah a single parent of their little gi...

Hannah is a single mother trying to pick up the pieces of her broken life after losing her husband unexpectedly, and for the most part she is getting things back on track. She has provided a mostly stable environment for her daughter to grow and flourish in, she has a job that she enjoys, and a good group friends who support her and keep her sane. Things are almost taking on a normal look for them... but then her husbands twin brother returns hom...

So, I should start by saying that as soon as this book's order links were announced I decided to preorder. I did not even need to have any type of preview--I read the blurb and it was a book by Melanie Harlow, so it was a no brainer. The verdict: she does not disappoint. I was glued to the pages until the very end. This story made me feel a lot, but it also made me think deep about life. The characters were beautifully written, but I have always ...

This book was heartbreaking and refreshing. It really is an emotional rollercoaster. I loved how different this story was from anything else I’ve read. I was so invested in the characters and them getting the ending they deserved. It was an easy book to love!
