Ethan Everest…. alpha billionaire, handsome, captivating and of course a hot commodity with women. Is he your typical charismatic hottie that can capture a woman’s heart with just a wink and smile? Well here’s the thing, he is but he isn’t and that is what I love the most about Ethan Everest.Ethan knows he’s good looking, but his easy-going nature is what attracted me to him the most. Yes, we get to witness his alpha tendencies and need...

"How does one repay the sun for shining? I honestly had no clue what I was in for when I started reading Everest. It's much more than insta-love or second-chance-romance. It's fate and hope and dreams. It's destiny and lost hope and unfulfilled dreams. It's faith and fear and mixed signals. It's baseball and bubble suds. And so much more... Being inside Ethan's head when he first met Singer was a very frustrating experience for me. Because I kne...

I Voluntarily Reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book!I wanted so much to give this book a 5 star rating but I couldn't! I am a huge fan of The Kingswood series and Solace and was expecting to love this just as much. I didn't and I will explain why.The first half of the book was slow. I mean turtles were faster in the zoo the other day than Singer or the lack of Ethan. These two were confusing and I couldn't 100% connect to the characters. ...

Let me start off by saying I have a full blown girl crush on Singer. She's a beautiful soul who I instantly warmed to. Ethan was a really nice surprise. Not the usual alpha a$$hole I have read lately. I loved his genuine nature, his wit and his easy affection. Don't get me wrong - he's definitely still all alpha. The chemistry in this one is fantastic - wall sex anyone 🔥🔥It's a well written slowburn love story. Add in plenty of action, dash...

Ethan Everest walks into a house party and is instantly taken by the beauty across the room. After some eye flirting and asking people about her, he finds out her name is Singer. When he sees her alone on a fire escape, he makes his move and is hoping for something more than just a night. But when he’s pulled away by another woman, a year passes before Singer and Ethan speak again, and he finally takes the plunge… well, sort of.I liked so muc...

Everest is a romantic suspense, and a standalone. The story is a slow burn. Missed opportunities, secrets and second chances. This story has it all. Ethan Everest is a complicated man. Successful, charming and wealthy. His heart is good but his trust has been broken. He meets Singer Davis at a party and is drawn to her. They talk and connect but then Ethan is dragged away. Over the next year they cross paths many times because they travel in the ...

Everest is now officially on my list of favorite book boyfriends.  He's such a good guy.  Yeah, he's rich, but that part of him isn't what makes me (or Singer) love him anymore. He sees her in a crowded room, followed her outside and comes just a moment from kissing him when someone grabs him away and changes the course of his life.  For one year his life is turned upside down.  What if he would have kissed her, his life would be so different....

I’m not quite sure how to write this review – I mean I really liked it. It has everything you want in a love story. It’s just something was missing for me to give it a full 5*. I think my biggest “upset” was all the mystery as to why Ethan asked Singer not to look him up on the internet. When everything is revealed, I didn’t find that to be such a big problem or a secret, but OK. Now to the pluses :P I love the way Ethan (God how muc...

Ethan is like a painting before being presented to the public for the very first time. His personality is hidden behind a veil, but contrary to a painting, he hides behind multiple layers of veils because of complicated circumstances in his life!It is up to Singer to be patient until Ethan is ready to reveal a new fragment of his personality, one at a time…Their love is poetry… sweet, passionate, caring, hot, all shades of an all devouring an...

EVEREST isn't just a mountain to be climbed anymore. However, people are certainly trying to conquer him in several ways! I literally fell in love with Ethan Everest from the prologue, “ The Man! The Myth, The Mountain!” If people like him really exist I want to meet them. He’s a man with secrets, that aren't so secret, fighting back for what he deserves. He's also fighting himself to do the right things even at his own expense. Singer Davi...

Everest is 100% S.L. Scott perfection. Fantastic writing, complex characters, beautiful love story, and a sprinkling of mystery and suspense. From the moment you open Everest, you are captivated, not only by the man but the woman that catches his attention. Ethan Everest is intelligent, giving, kind. funny, and absolutely smitten with Singer Davis. Singer Davis, like most women, is drawn to Ethan Everest. His good looks and ability to make you fe...

I was given an advanced copy and am voluntarily leaving my review. Let start out by saying that I love my alpha male just like the rest of us but Ethan was a very nice surprise. I also love the independent woman but Singer is also a sweet surprise. Now put the two together and you have a MUST READ AND ONE-CLICK NOW. This is the best one I've read of S.L Scott.
