Mallery vividly and artistically paints a picture with words. Why Not Tonight is an endearing romance between a highly temperamental and haunted male artist, Ronan, and an optimistic, take it as it comes struggling female artist, Natalie. I really found myself enjoying this story so much that I did a re-read, a few weeks apart, and loved that I caught more details Mallery added to the Happily Inc. world. Feel good, emotionally connecting plot tha...

I’ve been waiting for Ronan’s story since we first met him and I was eager to get to this one. I’ve liked Natalie from the start and I thought her happiness was a perfect match for Ronan’s brooding. She’s sunny and sassy and doesn’t take any shit. He’s stoic and cloudy and quiet. Together they had some sweet chemistry and playful banter. Plot wise it was fairly satisfying. I would have liked to see more of them together. It felt lik...

I’d recently read a couple of dark historical romances back to back. While they were amazing, I felt like I needed a change of scenery. Something contemporary and lighter. Susan Mallery’s newest addition to her Happily Inc series was just the ticket. This one is guaranteed to bring you joy and tug at your heartstrings. If you’re feeling in a rut and looking for a little inspiration, why not try Why Not Tonight? As part time office manager ...

I love this series and the town of Happily Inc! It is the type of town I'd like to live in if I could. This book focuses on Natalie and Ronan. I like that Natalie is a curvy girl and for the most part owns and rocks her curves. Ronan has a lot of baggage from finding out that he doesn't know who his biological mother is and that the woman that raised him lied to him about being his mother. I like how his brothers and Natalie don't let him wallow i...

Natalie Kaleta will do whatever the artists at the gallery she works for ask of her, even going out into the pouring rain to check on hermit-like Ronan Mitchell, None of the other artists, namely his brothers, have heard from him in days so they ask Natalie to check up on him. **Thank you to NetGalley and Harlequin for sending me an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review** You can always count on Susan Mallery. She never fails to deliver a sweet, entertaining, and happy romance. I'm not quite sure how she manages to do it every single time especially since she has written so many books. Why Not Tonight is a cute, adorable read. Our two main characters are Natalie and Ronan. If you've read Susan Mallery's oth...

I was happy to be back in small town Happily, Inc with the Mitchell brothers, Natalie and her friends and the gallery and wedding businesses. I was immediately immersed in their art world, friendships, traditions and love. It was nice that Fools Gold and its many festivals, Mayor Marsha and the other members of the Mitchell family were brought into the storyline. While there were many twists and turns to the story and various stories being told th...

This is the third story in the Happily Inc series. I greatly enjoyed it.Natalie is the main heroine and I lover her optimism. She brings fun and positivity to every situation and yet she’s not an unrealistic Pollyanna. She has confidence in herself and I love her self-assured statement. Yet she has hidden depths as you can see she sometimes doubts she can be loved as it hasn’t worked out for her in the past.Ronan is the Moody artist. I have t...

I am a huge fan of Susan Mallery's Fool's Gold series and since we first meet the Mitchell brothers in Fool's Gold I was eager to dive into this new series off-shoot. I'll admit when I first tried to read the first book, You Say It First, I didn't finish the book and always meant to go back one day. This one, on the other hand, grabbed me right off the bat and I fell in love with it.The opening scene is perfect and I loved Natalie off the bat. I ...

I feel like we've been waiting for this book since the series was spun off from the Fool's Gold one. We've seen how Ronan has closed himself off from his family, due to the drama with their father. Sure it was huge, learning your mother wasn't your mother, that you weren't really a twin. I can only image how that would mess with your mind. It drove me nuts that Ronan couldn't see what his mother did for him, instead of focusing on what she kept f...

Ronan Mitchell has become a bit of a recluse after discovering his family wasn't exactly the family he thought it was. He's pulled away from his family and friends, losing himself in his art. A mudslide leaves her stuck with Ronan, allowing her time to get to know him better.I liked Ronan and Natalie together. Ronan is a bit broody and seemingly anti...

The 3rd book in the Happily Inc series. The first two books in the series are about the Mitchell brothers and this third novel concludes all the brothers HEA who live in Happily Inc. I looked forward to this story since we the audience from the previous two novels have learnt about Ronan being estranged from his family. Ronan is still dealing with the fall out of finding out the woman he calls mother all these years is not his mother and he has c...

Natalie is just awkward at times, “it’s really good I don’t have a cat. He would have been starving. Although I guess I would have called a neighbor or one of my friends to feed him so he would have been fine. But I didn’t.” She cleared her throat. “What with not having a cat and all.” Ronan's lady just has a way of soothing him, "whatever irritation he’d been feeling had disappeared the second she’d started talking. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.I didn't read the other books connected to this book but I still loved this one! I could not get into this story line. While I enjoyed getting to know Ronan better Natalie annoyed me. I could not stand the way she was so bossy and always referring to herself as cute. I found that very offputting. I will definitely continue to read the series and hope that Natalie is not around very much.

In earlier Happily Inc. books, we met Ronan Mitchell and his brothers. They were a holdover from the Fool's Gold series where we learned that Ronan and his twin... weren't... twins that is. Ronan was, in fact, the offspring of his father's affair with another woman. Since he found out, he's been drawing more and more within himself.Natlie Kaleta isn't too impressed with his brooding artistic nature. She'd revel in a life where she'd be able to ju...

I have been looking forward to Ronan's story and it didn't disappoint. Right from the start I knew this would be a good one when Natalie ended up having to stay at Ronan's for a few days during an awful storm and the recovery afterward. I was at turns amused and exasperated (by the characters, not the writing). I loved seeing the contrast between Natalie's sunny disposition and Ronan's more gloomy outlook.
