Mallery vividly and artistically paints a picture with words. Why Not Tonight is an endearing romance between a highly temperamental and haunted male artist, Ronan, and an optimistic, take it as it comes struggling female artist, Natalie. I really found myself enjoying this story so much that I did a re-read, a few weeks apart, and loved that I caught more details Mallery added to the Happily Inc. world. Feel good, emotionally connecting plot tha...

Why Not Tonight is a wonderful addition to the Happily Inc series and a story of rediscovering your heart’s passion and love for life. Ronan Mitchell moved to Happily Inc after finding out he was the illegitimate son of his father’s affair and needed to strike out on his own. He and his brothers share a studio next to a gallery along with mix media artist Natalie Katela. Natalie is worried that Ronan has lost his passion for his art and wants...

I’ve been waiting for Ronan’s story since we first met him and I was eager to get to this one. I’ve liked Natalie from the start and I thought her happiness was a perfect match for Ronan’s brooding. She’s sunny and sassy and doesn’t take any shit. He’s stoic and cloudy and quiet. Together they had some sweet chemistry and playful banter. Plot wise it was fairly satisfying. I would have liked to see more of them together. It felt lik...

Nobody does romance as well as Susan Mallery. Her ability to create characters to populate her worlds is beyond compare. Each time I visit one of her towns, I want to spend time with the people who live there. The situations her main characters face always are so very believable. I simply love her work.

See the full review at HarlequinJunkie.comUtterly charming and ridiculously fun, Why Not Tonight was another lovely trek back to Happily Inc with a whole new romance to enjoy. Susan Mallery also caught us up with previous characters and gave us some interesting lead ins for upcoming books. (Yay!!)I’ve said it before and I’m sure I’ll say it many times again, but Susan Mallery’s small town romances are one of my literary happy places. Ther...

I have read all of the books this far in the “happily inc” series and thoroughly enjoyed each one of them. “Why not Tonight” was no exception. The characters and plot simply pulled me in to the story line. The characters came to life once again; and the story was very believable and entertaining. I never close one of Susan Mallery’s books feeling I’ve wasted my time; instead, I close it looking forward to her next one.

This is the third book in this series. The series has gotten better with each book. I really have grown close to the characters and the town of Happy. The brothers, Mathias, Nick, and Ronan are great. I like that while, each one has been in the spotlight, they are still featured together in some way in the books. Instantly, I loved Natalie. She had spunk. This spunk is what broke down Ronan's walls and brought him back into the "world". They were...

I’d recently read a couple of dark historical romances back to back. While they were amazing, I felt like I needed a change of scenery. Something contemporary and lighter. Susan Mallery’s newest addition to her Happily Inc series was just the ticket. This one is guaranteed to bring you joy and tug at your heartstrings. If you’re feeling in a rut and looking for a little inspiration, why not try Why Not Tonight? As part time office manager ...

3.75Two artists, a case of opposites attract. One is a positive, talkative woman with a sunny disposition, the other, a semi-recluse man who's also closed off emotionally. Ronan Mitchell is a notorious creator whose life changed in a matter of seconds when he learned that his mother is not his mother, making his twin Mathias not being his twin. Even now he's still angry and can't forgive the people who lied to him, nor can't he carry on as if not...

Another mega-adorable addition to the Happily Inc series! It was sweet and funny and a little heartbreaking.I just adored Ronan and Natalie.Natalie is this super happy, always-dancing-in-place-from-the-sheer-joy-of-life kind of person. And Ronan - he's basically the total opposite. But they just fit. Perfectly. It takes him a little while to get over everything in his past - but the reader has an amazing witnessing that journey.I JUST LOVED THIS BOO...

I love this series and the town of Happily Inc! It is the type of town I'd like to live in if I could. This book focuses on Natalie and Ronan. I like that Natalie is a curvy girl and for the most part owns and rocks her curves. Ronan has a lot of baggage from finding out that he doesn't know who his biological mother is and that the woman that raised him lied to him about being his mother. I like how his brothers and Natalie don't let him wallow i...

I forget how easy it is to fall into a Susan Mallery story! I missed these characters and so happy to read angsty Ronan’s story. I loved the emotion and the togetherness you get from this series. Well done! I can’t wait to pick up the next book in this series!

Well...I cried! This book had ALL THE FEELS!Ronan is WOWZA and Natalie was just what he needed. I love this series! What a fantastic read!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Yet another great book by Susan Mallery. Really enjoying the new series. Can't wait to read more.

2.5 stars: Why Not Tonight is the third book in the Happily, Inc series. This one is Ronan and Natalie's story. I have been kind of iffy on this series so far. I'm sad to say this one is my least favorite of the three. Natalie works as an admin assistant in the art gallery in town. She decides to drive her car in a major storm up the mountain to check on Ronan. The weather forces her to stay at his house for a few days. The couple get to know eac...

Why Not Tonight glows with a warmth and a sense of joythat are totally due to the heroine, Natalie. Her openhearted appreciation for life, for art, and for the people around her shines through in everything she says and does, from falling in love with Ronan to her excitement over the broken “treasures” she finds and incorporates into her art. I also love her dedication to her art and her determination to carve out time to create, even when it...

My family's story is not the same as the Mitchell brothers but their story really speak to me so I was very emotionally involved in my reading. Here's my advocacy for Ronan: There is a small chasm between Ronan and his family. Part of it is his fault, yes, but his family should have reacted differently (try to understand his side) His family feels like he is giving up on them, but maybe Ronan felt life they gave up on him too. His brothers don't r...

I have a love/hate relationship with Susan Mallery novels. Usually it starts out love, love, love, and then something happens, and I want to toss the book aside. When I first started reading her stories, she had the heroine get pregnant at some point, which is always a bad prop for a romance writer to use as far as I’m concerned especially if it happens in more than two…three…four novels. Fortunately with the Happily Inc., she’s left out ...

Natalie. Light, bright, upbeat. Paper and mixed media artist. Ronan. Brooding, moody, temperamental. Exceptionally talented glass artist. Never, ever will these two be able to have a relationship, right? Ummm…no.After learning his ‘true’ identity, Ronan leaves Fool’s Gold for Happily Inc. and decides to continue his incredible glass work, but pretty much tunes his family out. They reach out to him, but he only interacts with them if he ab...

This one was just plain fun with all the feels! Happily, Inc. sounds like not just a great place to visit but a wonderful place to move to. Natalie Kaleta ended up here when she was engaged to be married and planning her destination wedding until her fiance broke up with her. With no family, she stayed in Happily, Inc. and it was the best thing that could have happened to her. This fiesty, spunky, sassy, and infectiously sunny spitfire is the per...

In Susan Mallery’s newest installment of Happily, Inc, Mitchell brother Ronan and artist Natalie get their story told.Ronan is the moody, misanthropic brother, but he’s that way for a reason. Since finding out he’s a bastard, raised with the lie that he is Matthias’s twin, everything about his life he thought was real has been shattered. He can’t create, he can’t socialize, and he doesn’t know how to fix the fractured relationship h...

This is the story of Ronan and Natalie. Ronan is an artist who looks on life in a negative light. He has discovered he was lied to about his birth. As a result he has disconnected from his family and pretty much the world around him. In comes Natalie a bright, cheerful woman who is sunshine all the time. Natalie ends up stuck at Ronan’s remote house during a storm. Ronan is attracted but tries to resist, but Natalie pulls him into her life. The...

I LOVE HAPPILY INC!! I WANT TO MOVE THERE!! I’ve never read Susan Mallery before and I don’t know why it took me so long! I was a little worried when I got this that it would be a cheesy romance novel… I love him but he doesn’t love me / I love her but she doesn’t love me plotlines. My worries were unfounded and I fell in love with the characters in this fictional little town. The only thing I didn’t like was how the ending was neatly...

Happily Inc is my home away from home and these people are my best friends! Ok, maybe I just think they are. I feel like I'm growing with these characters. They are all so realistic and I can relate to each of them about certain things!I figured Ronan's story would be more about breaking down his wall. I felt like Natalie was the perfect person to help with that with her happy-go-lucky (er unlucky?) self. I thought they had good chemistry and enj...

I loved the authors note on the first page of the book.As a girl who wears glasses, I agree w/her that you don’t always feel sexy wearing them. And there aren’t a lot of romances w/leads who wear glasses. She dedicated this book to those of us who feel the same.Right on sista sistah!!!!good addition to this series.as others have said in their reviews, i've come to know these characters & they feel like family.glad to finally have Ronan's story...

I fell in love with the Happily Inc series since reading the first page of You Say it First! I've been waiting kind of impatiently for Ronan and Natalie's story as their romance has been hinted at throughout the series! As always, Susan Mallery takes my favorite ship in the series and blows me away. Ronan and Natalie are a perfect match. Natalie's bright light balances Ronan's broodiness. I love how she calls him on his crap! She doesn't let him ...

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Third in the Happily, Inc. series that is a spin-off from Fool’s Gold. Glass artist Ronan Mitchell broods alone in his mountain top home after learning that he is not really a twin, but the product of his father’s affair with a young intern. He’s afraid he has too much of his father’s mean side to connect with anyone without hurting them...

I loved this book and if i could of given 10 stars instead of 5 i would of. This is the writing of Susan when she wrote Fools Gold books! Wow I had a hard time putting it down at 3 AM and return to the book the next morning. If you have any doubt trust me this is the book of the season pick it up and read it! You will not regret it at all I give Susan a grand slam with this book . I can't wait for book #4 if this one is this good.
