    Highly recommend itAfter I discovered ACT, I got hooked. ACT and this book are what I have always needed. It is like life now makes sense - all those urges, fears and compulsions... I thought I was the only one in the world. No other approached has helped me like this one. Mark does a great job at expanding and offering specific exercises based on Mindfulness and ACT.

    Not a bad book. Good for anxiety disorders and an introduction to mental illness. It never did go farther in depth than light and superficial stuff that people worry about (like a compulsion to check your phone), which leaves out a lot of mental illness symptoms. That was kinda disappointing. Either way, it was a fun read
