Please dont buy this book. If you have lot of money and don't how to spend.. by all means go head and purchase...There is nothing to read in this book, the author asks you to write gratitude intentions which I can write in my dairy... but I don't why one should buy this book paying so many dollars...I agree that "The Secret" was incredible but this absolutely waste of money. The worst book I have ever read in my life.

This Gratitude book is mainly to write what you are grateful about, but it has a short chapters within it to help you apply The Secret to your life. I find this book very helpful in following The Secret and applying it to your life.

This is just a journal for writing down thoughts of graditude daily. It's not a book. It begins with an introduction by Byrnes with all her pseudoscience of how positive energy aligns with quantum physics and how writing gratitude thoughts each day will help align with the positive universe. That way, it stays out of my kids' hands and have no chance of ever being misplaced or torn or bitten or . . . . However, my first experience of a gratitude journal came from an energy healer with whom I apprenticed. I would never forget it, becaus...

nice book to write in. But after a page or two, you run out of things to be grateful for. Then the book is useless. You are better off getting a page out of your 'usual' journal and writing it all in there!Seems like a money-making scheme this book, when you could just write it in one of your own journals
